Return and Refund Policy

At the Independent Facilitator Training Academy (IFTA), we are committed to providing high-quality training courses and resources to support individuals and professionals in the Self-Determination Program. Due to the digital nature of our products and services, all sales are final.

No Returns or Refunds

We do not offer returns or refunds for any of our training courses or digital books. Upon purchase, customers are granted full access to course materials, videos, and downloadable content. Once access is provided, there is no feasible method to ensure that our proprietary materials have not been viewed, downloaded, or otherwise utilized. For this reason, we cannot issue refunds or accept returns.

E-Books and Digital Downloads

All guidebooks and resources sold by IFTA are provided in a digital format. Once purchased, customers have instant access to copy, store, and download these materials. As with our courses, we are unable to revoke access or verify non-use, thus all sales are final.

Duplicate Charges

The only exception to this policy is in the case of duplicate billing. If a purchase was inadvertently billed twice for the same product, please contact us immediately. Upon verification, a full refund for the duplicate charge will be issued.

Satisfaction Support

While we do not offer refunds, IFTA is dedicated to your satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your training experience, our team is available to meet with you and provide additional support, guidance, or clarification to ensure you benefit fully from your investment.
